The publicly accessible areas of the website can be used without providing personal data. The download of aeronautical publications without prior registration will be stored together with file name, checksum, IP and time for 5 years, i.e. the period specified in Regulation (EU) 73/2010 during which the provision of aeronautical information must be traceable. This information will then be deleted.

However, if registration is required for operational use and/or the use of extended content, the following data will be collected: name, first name, official position, (official) e-mail, unit and, if available, the corresponding ICAO location indicator. According to §3 para.1 of the Federal Data Protection Act, the data entered constitutes individual information on the personal and factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. It is assigned to protection area 1.

The personal data is assigned to a user ID. The User ID is collected, stored and deleted after a period of 5 years as part of the verification process to ensure compliance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 73/2010 with every persistent change to information provided that is initiated by the user or when downloading aeronautical publications and other data provided. Logged-in users can view the log entries recorded for their user account for the last 12 months via the user menu ("My logs"). In addition, this information can be provided upon request through the aeronautical publications support portal.

The data will not be transmitted to third parties. In the sense of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a "third party" is any natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body, other than the person concerned, the person in charge, the processor and the persons authorised to process the personal data under the direct responsibility of the person in charge or the processor.

Unless otherwise stated, the source code, all pages and their content on the aeronautical publications portal are subject to copyright. This includes not only the content, but also its arrangement on the pages. The aeronautical publications portal uses icons "designed by Google from Flaticon" and "designed by Smashicons from Flaticon".

The duplication, processing and distribution of the pages and the content provided on them require the prior consent of the respective author or originator. This consent must be given in writing. Downloads and copies of the pages and the content provided on them are only permitted for private use and within the framework of duties in the Bundeswehr, but not for commercial use. Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are protected. In particular, third-party content is marked as such. Aeronautical publications may only be transferred to third parties if this is done in a missionoriented manner in the context of an AIS briefing according to the A2-272/2-2000-15 or if this is absolutely necessary for the safe conduct of military flight operations in accordance with mission requirements.

Until further notice, the national civil and international civil and military aeronautical publications made available in the aeronautical publications portal are only to be used in connection with the respective checklist of an aeronautical publication.

The content of the aeronautical publications portal has been compiled with the utmost care. The competent section, i.e. Ber Nat Fü III c of the Air Operations Command (ZentrLuftOp Ber Nat Fü III c) is subject to the quality management system of military air traffic services, was audited and certified for the first time in 2010 and is audited internally and externally at regular intervals. Its personnel are licensed in compliance with the provisions of the A1-272/2-8905 and are subject to a programme to maintain professional competence. The web service is subject to requirements based on EU Regulation 73/2010 laying down requirements on the quality of aeronautical data and aeronautical information for the Single European Sky.

The MIL AIP Germany, the German publications of the CENOR FLIP and the publications of the GEMIL FLIP are prepared, compiled and published by the personnel of Section Ber Nat Fü III c and are considered official aeronautical publications in addition to the printed editions. All other aeronautical publications are prepared by the respective countries. they are their responsibility but are also considered official publications. The staff at the Air Operations Command provide current information to the best of their knowledge and belief but are dependent on the respective publishers and their publication procedures. Liability for the correctness of the content of these publications cannot be accepted. this must be discussed with the publisher.

Only official aeronautical publications of the respective responsible publisher are made available in the aeronautical publications portal.

Of the content provided, Zentrum Luftoperationen Ber Nat Fü III c is only responsible for its own material. No liability is accepted for any damage arising from the use or nonuse of the information offered in the aeronautical publications portal or from the retrieval or downloading of data by malware.

The portal contains links to external websites of third parties whose content is beyond the control of the Air Operations Command. For this reason, no liability is assumed for this external content. The responsibility for the content of the linked pages always rests with the respective provider or operator of the pages. The linked pages were checked for the possibility of legal infringements at the time of linking. Illegal content was not identifiable then. However, a permanent control of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without specific evidence of legal violations and is therefore not carried out. As soon as legal violations become known, such links will be removed immediately.

The liability for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content and especially for damage arising from the use or nonuse of third parties rests exclusively with the provider of the page referred to.

No registration is required in order to use the aeronautical publications portal, but the acceptance of the legal information is a mandatory prerequisite. For the operational use and the use of extended content, the creation of a user account and personal login is mandatory. Using third-party access data is expressly prohibited.

The use of the extended content is exclusively reserved for Bundeswehr personnel within the framework of the assigned roles. MilAIM personnel are obliged to register in any case.

For operational use within the Bundeswehr, the operating systems and browsers provid-ed by the Bundeswehr must be used.

The use of contact data published within the framework of the imprint obligation by third parties for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information material is expressly prohibited. The operators of this website expressly reserve the right to take legal action against the unsolicited mailing of advertising information such as spam e-mails.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet can be subject to security gaps despite encrypted data transport.
